Community Recreation Facilities Project
Community Recreation Facilities in Crowle
The Masterplan for the Community Recreation Facilities Project has been updated to reflect feedback from parishioners, following the drop-in events held in April/May. You can find the updated Plan here – the main improvements are:
- The new Cycle Mud Track will be an expanded version of the current Track, retaining its current location and access from the Jubilee Field; this addresses concerns about a remote location near the new allotments
- The Scout Group’s ‘Knives and Fires’ area will be moved closer to their storage containers for convenience and safety reasons
- Space has been allowed for a possible ‘Men in Sheds’ facility.
The revised Masterplan has been endorsed by the Project Working Group and was approved by the Parish Council at their 14 May meeting. It has been shared with all homes in the Parish via an Update leaflet setting out more information on the feedback received and next steps.
Regular updates on progress will be provided in the Crowle Cryer and on this page.
